- Open Enrollment Start: November 1, 2025
- Open Enrollment End: January 15, 2026
- Coverage Start (Dec 15 deadline): Plans selected by December 15 begin January 1
- Coverage Start (Jan 15 deadline): Plans selected after December 15 begin February 1
What You Need to Know
If you miss the open enrollment window, you generally won't be able to enroll in a Marketplace plan unless you qualify for a Special Enrollment Period (SEP). SEPs are triggered by life events like losing other coverage, moving, getting married, or having a baby.
